Through PwC’s partnership with the UN Women's HeForShe initiative, we are working towards achieving global gender equality in the workplace and beyond.
HeForShe’s mission is to engage men as advocates of change for global gender equality. This is an important time to bring our men into the conversation so they can stand beside women to show their support and challenge traditional male stereotypes that restrict their role in society. Each of us plays an important role in supporting global gender equality. When we work together, and make an effort to understand one another and what matters to each of us, we can truly make a difference. What’s more, we all benefit from working better together. The more that men and women play an active role in each other’s success, the more we can all realise our full potential. And when everyone is at their full potential, we all benefit - both as individuals and as a society.
