    The best place to start is always awareness. Make a commitment to be aware of your own potential blind spots, and then demonstrate the courage to challenge any assumptions and support global gender equity. Here are a few ways to get started:

     

    • If you manage a team, encourage everyone to be aware of his or her potential for blind spots, and to challenge them.
